    and i would not even give them a full star if it was not that i had to post a comment , this really sucks , can not get a hold of them , and after hearing about the problems at the office , i am not walking all the way out there to just get the jerk around , me thinks it is time to go to my member of parliament and explain the problem and if they could help me out , done it be for , and the ball gets rolling quit fast after that .

    Absolutely horrendous service. Likely the worst service I've received in my 26 years. No phone support. Website will not function as designed. I went to the office and not only was there no customer service area, but, when I was able to speak with an employee they didn't even attempt to assist me. I was directed back to the previous methods mentioned which obviously did not solve my problem. Will avoid at all costs in the future.
