  ATM ate $60 of mine when I was trying to get cash out. $60 bucks I couldn't afford to have a machine just randomly go out of order in the middle of a transaction, debit my funds, and then not dispense anything.

  This is all fine, I understand equipment malfunctions. What I don' t understand is why a client of 20 years in very good standing had to wait almost a week to get credited back $60 that was a result of the banks mistake not mine.

  I also don't appreciate having to have spent at least 4 hours of my time over said week on the phone trying to get answers from phone agents, people not calling me back. What a disaster.
