Independent new bookstores are sadly few and far between now, and Bookmark is definitely one of the better ones. With a god selection of a wide range of genres, knowledgeable and friendly staff, Bookmark is a joy to visit and explore.

Love that there are still book stores around that aren't massive chains eating up all the mom and pop shops. This bookstore is quite small, but they sure pack a lot into that space. Everything is very neatly organized and the staff are eager to help. They prominently feature a lot of local literature and books documenting this regions history. They seem to have a real connection to the community in contrast with the bigger box stores. I really hope they can keep going despite the ever increasing online competition.
