  The best kids book store in Halifax and probably the Maritimes. Great selection, friendly staff, fun events. A very welcoming atmosphere. There's a reason it's been around 40 years!

  Independent and wonderful place for kids. Lots of different toys and a truly wonderful selection of books from a variety of authors. Great place if you are looking for something out of the usual box store or just a fun surprise for a little one. The staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly.

  I'm so glad we stopped in here, as the signs out front made us think it was just little kids toys and baby books, but my preteen daughter found a really nice selection of reading here and most importantly got fantastic service from the staff that managed to give her a vacation reading recommendations that couldn't have been more suitable for her! We visited lots of bookstores during this trip and the staff here was the most helpful and friendly we encountered!

  I had an emotional day today when I went in to Woozles. When I walked in it instantly brought back memories of my childhood when my parents would take me there to pick out a book or a Playmobil toy. Today I went in to buy a Christmas gift for my son. It was a special moment for me that I didn't realize was coming until I walked in. This store is an incredible gift for parents and children in Halifax. The staff member today helped me immediately and knew where anything and everything was in the store. It's the oldest children's bookstore in Halifax. I hope it never closes.
