    I would recommend calling them and not using the online booking system. Lesson learned.

    Very friendly customer service. The car I was suppose to pick up was 10 mins late due to previous customer. They chat with me while waiting. As soon as car arrive they processed me in 10 mins. Overall very satisfied.

    Sadly I'm another example of their overbooking. Reserved a car online on Tuesday for pickup Thursday at 10:30am, no problem - received an email that day with an attachment saying it was my booking confirmation. Wednesday morning received another confirmation email - great, it's definitely happening.

    Thursday morning 9:04 receive a call saying they have no cars, and none in the foreseeable future. Not acceptable. Lady in the phone polite but not apologetic and no compensation offered.

    After being put through 3 call centres to only be forwarded to the wrong store and to have the wrong vehicle reserved.... this is a 5 star rating because of the amazing job Tyler MacDonald did taking care of the mess the call centre"s" put us in. Thank you for Tyler! He saved us big time! This man deserves a raise !
