  Sir/Madam I personally want to compliment you on your collection. But, a collection is as good as the service offered. I usually buy my clothes from Bay. But, I was recommended by a friend that your location carries a wide collection of handmade sheepskin shoes. So, I stopped by at your store on Spring Garden Road to have a look. But, contrary to my expectation, I had to call your sales rep personally for help. She was just standing there trying to judge me over a distance whether I could afford those shoes. If, your sales reps are commission based then they should be able to read a person by what he is wearing. Gucci shoes and a 500 dollar DYNY coat should say it all about person's financial status or in my case my family's status. I hope your store is meant as a shopping destination for all the races. I, humbly request you to train your staff for cultural awareness and not to profile people. Also, do google the international undergrad fees for Dal Engineering and that should be self-explanatory. Lastly, please read the reviews about how exactly a casually dressed person feels to be shopping at your store. I apologize if I may have sounded rude. Have a nice day.

  **Update** I was referred to Colwell's in the Historic Properties. I bought two suits for a good price and excellent service. I would recommend others shop at here first. I'll be shopping at Colwell's again.

  Unbelievably poor service. I walked in today with a t shirt and jeans ready to buy a couple suits. I am the CEO of a local tech company yet seemingly did not fit the description of their customer. I walked around the store for 15 minutes looking at suits. No one came to help me and in fact I saw them walk away. When I raised my point, the three service people did not apologize and simply shrugged off their behaviour. Can't say I've felt this disrespected in a store before.

  Great choice of men shirt. However, it is an high end store. Excellent for a weading suit or anyone that need to be well dress for work.

  Definitely agree with a lot of the reviews here where if you are not dressed in a certain way, the customer service is terrible. I’ve had similar experiences where I was looking at a local place to buy Allen Edmonds and some causual shirts, but received no customer service the entire time. Needless to say, I spent my money elsewhere, mostly in Toronto and online.

  Was going to give the local guys a shot despite higher prices but now I'll go back to buying suits in other cities for better selection and especially service.
