    I recently had to place a service call with PNL regarding some work I wanted done with our renovations. I contacted them via their online service request form and was called shortly thereafter. We arranged a time for their sales guy Chris to come out to assess what we wanted done, and had their technician on site the next day. Their technician (Dale, I think) was there right on time as scheduled, and it was obvious the pride he takes in his craft as the final result was very organized and professional. The process was seamless and I would recommend the guys at PNL to anyone.

    ALSO: PNL wrote a Google review of themselves pretending to be a customer but they used their Google account! What a bunch of liars! That is completely underhanded.

    An hour long service call for hooking up some lights and I had to call them back a week later because the ceiling fan wasn't supposed to be hooked up to the dimmer switch and was very hot to the touch. They came back and charged me a full hour for the service call {he was there for only 15 minutes this time} to fix their own mistake! What a rip off and poor service to begin with. How does an electrician mess up a ceiling fan with three lights?
