  I enjoyed the classes and instructors that I would like to try again. But I’m not the first this has happened to and the reputation does carry to others. Be forewarned!

  The owner and her staff are incredibly amicable and knowledgeable. Prices are great and it the studio itself is one of a kind. I have been going for 3 years and never felt anything but love and support. This place really makes you feel like you can do the impossible!

  This is an amazing studio. Everyone there is kind, their programs are structured, and every fitness level is welcome. I always feel at home and welcome there.

  The classes were great but the administration was awful. They emailed out to half of our class that next season registration was available. I was in the half that didn’t receive the email and registration filled. I requested to be on a waitlist for classes. I had friends in the class I requested. There were two empty spots and the instructor confirmed there was space. When I called to ask they stated classes had started and it was too late to register.

  My favourite place to be! Wonderful staff and classes. I've loved every bit of my time here over the past 4 years! There's a really great sense of community and everyone is friendly and welcoming :)

  Bright, open space with wonderful humans. A wide range of classes that are never overbooked and the instructors are encouraging and take the time to explain and demonstrate. I miss this place like hell. I've found no comparable pole studios in my travels so far.
