  As a super-busy professional family - we are HUGE fans of Saute, regularly ordering soups and frozen meals. The Malay Chicken Curry is our definite fave of the frozen foods. And the soups have, without doubt, made my work lunch preparation infinitely easier - I just pop a frozen soup into the fridge the night before and throw it in my lunch bag for work the next morning - and ALL of the soup varieties are delicious! We will be long-term Saute fans for sure!

  I am a personal trainer and although I always stress the importance of good nutrition and meal prep, life gets busy and its easy to put your nutrition on the back burner. Saute is the perfect solution for anyone that is looking for a healthy meal on the go or who doesn't have time to meal prep. I order the frozen meal line and what I love most about it is that I no longer waste food. Too many times I would prepare food and it would spoil before I had the chance to eat it all. Saute meals get delivered frozen, right to your door and all you have to do is pop it out of the freezer when you are ready to eat it and warm it up in the microwave or oven. I also love their smoothie line for a nutritious breakfast or for a snack on the go. Not only is Saute convenient and healthy but the meals and smoothies taste delicious too, you can't go wrong!

  The food is excellent and healthy! and the staff and customer service fantastic. I work on lots of different projects every day. Not having to think about cooking and grocery shopping makes my life so much easier.

  If you are like me and you are trying to remain healthy but it's almost impossible to find the time, or if you just don't like to cook - try sauté!

  In addition the quality and taste of the meals are fantastic. Some of my absolute favourites are the burrito bowl, lemon chicken and the stews! The Smoothies are great too (I just add my own protein and they are perfect for a snack or for a meal). Sauté just started making soup as well which I am very excited about.
