  Boyfriend just came back from the hospital after going there with concerns about a small black bump that appeared on his leg about two weeks ago. The staff out front was very polite and understood why he was worried when he showed them the bump. When he finally got into the room the dr was seeing him in, it took him longer to roll up his pant leg then it did for the dr to decide that it was nothing. But this wasn’t before he made my boyfriend feel like his genuine concern was a waste of time and told him to leave. You’d think a dr who’s been told the person they’re seeing is worried about a weird black skin growth would at least be somewhat professional in this situation instead of picking at the bump with his fingernail, going you’re fine and then walking out in under 20 seconds.

  Nice family rooms to rest in while tending to family patients. TV. Puzzles. Books. Fridge. Piano. Microwave. Comfy chairs.

  Waiting forever, even though the other hospital sent us here and said they were “ready and waiting”. 2.5 hours later still nothing, even though 7 people who came in well after ya got in well before us. Ridiculous. One staff member spends more time on her phone then assisting, that could be a factor contributing to the slow times.

  Someone literally just came in and just walked in and we are now moving on 3 hour wait. This comes after the scandal where they sent a girl home and she had to be amputated, confidence on -percent right now with this place. Embarrassed, disappointed, and frustrated to say the least.

  Be prepared to wait over eight hours. Talked to the RN and no idea how much longer, apparently there is not enough Doctors... sad state of affairs.

  The ER, 5th floor staff and 7.1 floor staff... Heart surgical floors - they work hard and are constantly caring for the patients. Family matters. The Savory Restaurant, Tim Hortons staff, and Shoppers Drug Mart... People care just when we need it. Thanks QEII and your amazing associates.

  cardiology team who made my very sick husband well. The team at 6.4 are the best.
