  This is a high end baby store. It carries some of the things you're less likely to find in a generic big box store (I went specifically for snappies, which are used with cloth diapers). Many of their furniture​ items are beautiful, but we'll above my price point. The smaller items, however, are nice, and at a more reasonable price. There seem to be a lot more gender neutral options here compared to other places too, which I appreciate.

  Nurtured is easily my favourite baby store. They sell high quality, safe products for children and promote buying local. From Canadian-made car seats to locally crafted baby boots, they have it all. Wooden toys, books, recliners, cloth & swim diapers, mealtime necessities, you name it, they have it! They offer diapering workshops and have a weekly breastfeeding support group. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are even dog friendly! We take our pup in whenever we go. Highly recommend.

  The folks at Nurtured are the best. The items they sell are generally on the higher end of the spectrum. There are deals to be had though and a great selection. They're super friendly and never impatient.
