    Love to shop at Shoppers's as there are a lot on sale every now and then plus it's good to spend using my points.

    The Rx are almost never in stock - and I definitely understand limited space - but they said to call back to check (instead of calling me when it came in) so I asked "when should I call" and I never called sooner than they suggested ..and I certainly felt like every time I called I was disturbing them. "if the customers would stop calling, you could get some work done"...if this is your mantra, worry not, because the customers WILL stop calling.

    I give the pharmacist I dealt with today 10/5 stars! He was amazing. I walked in there bawling my eyes out because of how much my tonsils hurt. I had already gone to the walk-in and I couldn't find any relief for a few days. This pharmacist gave me some amazing recommendations and an hour later I am already feeling a lot better. He put up with all my tears too, and spent a bunch of time with me giving me advice. The cashier was so friendly too. I always have a good experience here.
