Stopped in for a late night social with coworkers. Cozy with moody, rustic decor. Novel spanish tapas and beer/mixed drinks/wine menu (never had tapas prior to this). Staff was busy but chatty, and contributed to our good experience. Sampled a fair bit of the menu, can't recall most of it, but it was all novel and tasty - the beef tartare, appetizer plates, and sausage (embutidos) stand out. Also tried a "Dark Stormy". Several, in fact - very tasty local favorite and highly recommended to try. Pricier,

I had a great first impression of this place. I scored a window seat with my friends so lots of activity happening and the service was tremendous. My only concern is the noise level at the seating further inside the restaurant. The food was very interesting and I loved the small plates/sharing concept. My cocktail was bang on and I will be going back again.

Regular spot for good drinks, the cocktails are great and some of the tapas is fantastic. Not all the staff is great, for instance one of the bartenders was breaking glass at the bar, then when four people who were sitting at the bar asked to be moved to a table, he told them the tables are only for people who are orderign food too, they got up and left, he could have seated them because the place was empty. Some of the staff need to work on how they impact costumers and how to be more hospitable. The waitresses lack the cheer effect.

Nice place. Friendly professional service. Food is good with interesting presentation and options. Only complaint is a personal one, some of the pricier dishes are too rich in flavour. After a good and varied dining the final dish was heavy. Distracted from the other lighter fare. Definitely go for some tapas and a light meal.

small-portion venue, but good atmosphere for a night out. (Note: very hungry, cost-conscious folk might want to grab a quick bite to eat elsewhere first, lest you eat the entire menu...)

I love the creative cocktails that Scott gets to make. I always look forward to seeing him behind the bar. It's a cool spot for the downtown district. I just wish it wasn't such a loud atmosphere. But what can ya do when the place is filled with customers enjoying the wonder drinks and tapas.
