Soup of the day is made fresh each morning and varies each day between country vegetable, chicken noodle, corn chowder, and fish chowder on Fridays. Come early to get the fish chowder, as it sells quickly.

Available on Saturday's ONLY are all day (10am to 4pm) authentic Chinese breakfast. Congee or rice porridge can be had with your choice of chicken, beef, pickled egg, fish, shrimp, or seafood. The porridge goes quite well with deep fried bread and turnip cake!

Seriously awesome Chinese breakfasts on the weekend. I've never actually been here during the workweek, but on a Saturday morning the breakfast menu comes out. Congee with pickled duck eggs and fried dough is just amazing.

Service is friendly and efficient. As a previous reviewer noted, you order and pay at the counter. If you're after a cheap and tasty Saturday brunch, this is the place to be.

The #2 Western style breakfast is quite popular, as is the #1 egg/cheese/bacon or ham english muffin. And of course who doesn't like grilled cheese sandwiches?! They make something called a western sandwich, which is a mixture of green and red peppers, onion, and ham mixed with egg and fried, then served on white or whole wheat toast like a sandwich. The occupants of the building like this item.

The popular choice here is the #10 Shrimp wonton noodle soup, and #11 Beef noodle stew. Both of these are extremely good and are often ordered by Chinese people who know authentic when they taste it. You can also get a regular wonton soup without the noodles, and a hot and sour soup for those cold days. Shrimp wontons can be substituted for pork wontons.

Available everyday are sandwiches, either tuna, egg salad, turkey (not sliced or processed), ham and cheese, BLT, or club style. Any of the sandwiches can be made into pita wraps, in addition to a falafel wrap, shishtaok wrap, and chicken caesar wrap.

Nice cheap place for some decent authentic Chinese food and Asian fusion. The place smells great and from what I can tell their noodles are their specialty. It's nice and bright with plenty of light in the afternoons, especially if you're trying to escape winter.

Jacky's Cafe makes homemade falafel and humus, as well as lasagna. All of these are delicious!

Great small cafe! Super busy and a bit too small, but probably because the food is so good!
