    I sent an email in December to make an appointment for a haircut. The hairdresser said she was too busy at that time of the year. A week ago I sent another email trying to make another appointment, but now the hairdresser informed she is not taking new clients. Really? Seems she’s selecting clients. How unprofessional is that?
