    4 months of waiting and he can't muster up an apology? Only that I'm half owing on the stool's?? I don't believe in yelling at someone to give me what I paid for, nor for good customer service. I try to be an easy customer but I was treated as if I was a lousy one. Note: I still haven't received my stool's as of Dec 15, 2010 (Bought in August).

    February, 2016 - We recently purchased a new table from P9. Great service, great product and great experience. We loved them so much we are now working on a new couch and other furniture. Geoff has been fsntastic as providing links to look at and advice on what direction we should go. Totally recommend P9!

    June 24th, 2016 - We just ordered a chair, sectional couch and chairs for the table we bought. I never mind waiting for quality built Canadian products. If you want to go to some large warehouse type store and buy mass produced furniture then P9 is not for you. If, however, you want to work closely with great people who care about what they do then P9 is for you. Geoff, the owner actually came to the house to help set up everything we bought. Thanks P9, we'll definitely be back for more. Cheers!

    In 2014 we ordered the state of the design art lather sofa at near $4,000 at P9. First sofa came 6-8 weeks later then planned. It had a hole in it right through the lather. We had to deal with very unpleasant correspondence with management and store's attempts to cover the hole with quick fix repair. That took another month. Finally, we were promised a brand new sofa in the same lather finish. It arrived 5 month later instead of promised 6-8 weeks and had a very poor quality lather on one of three sofa` cushions. It looks like they run out of a good lather and slapped in the leftovers. It is a real eye sore and absolutely unacceptable in this price range. At that point it was almost a year without sofa and we had no more desire to deal with less then satisfactory customer service from the management. We also made a mistake and paid 100% upfront... Would never recommend P9 to a friend or a stranger. There are quite a few other well run furniture stores in Halifax area.

    When people ask where I got the 2 stool's by my bar counter, I will not hesitate to inform them of my dreadful customer experience at Project 9.

    I purchased 2 stool's which had to be ordered in August 2010, which had to be ordered. That's fine, except when they came in, they gave the stool's to someone else who had ordered after me. Of course I was told my stool's would be reordered. Which was fine since I was going to be away for over a month. Upon returning, I called Project 9 and spoke to a women saying she "had my file in her hand yesterday and thought someone should call me".... so she had a man (Maybe manager or owner? I am not sure) call me the next day to tell me that "Unfortunately your stool's are on back order and are you aware your still owing half on the stools?"
