  I was so excited to order from House of Moda but after my experience I would never again. I payed for shipping (express) and it took a longer time then payed for I'm pretty sure. When I received my piece of jewelry I was so excited but then a week later after a couple of wears it broke. I contacted the owner and she asked for me to send it back and I didn't want to spend more money on shipping because i already had payed for express the first time, so it was sent through mail. Unfortunately it got lost I suspect because they never received it. I don't think customer service is very important to the owner at all. I spent 170$ roughly for a quality piece of jewelry that broke with in a week and she seems not willing to compensate for anything. It's niether or our faults about mail getting lost, but the jewelry is clearly not quality. Bad customer service is a huge turn off. Very unfortunate.
