  Stayed last night for the parade of lights. We had an adjoining room with another family. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived. I know they were busy and full that is not the issue. our friends got into their rooms at 3:45. We went up and waited in their room so we didn't have to stay in the lobby and wait. We didn't get into our room until 4:15....... check in is 3pm.

  I had a great experience at the Delta. The concierge staff were lovely. They upgraded my room since it was my birthday and when my friend and I got back from the pool there was a handwritten birthday card with chocolates in the room. So cute.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. No complaints at all.

  Lucas who did my check-in was extremely nice. Rooms are not large, but super clean. Nice location.

  This was our third year at the parade and it is a family tradition. we will come next year just stay at a different hotel.

  Some advice. if you are going to treat customers so differently make sure that at least they don't have adjoining rooms. imagine our surprise in the morning when our friends got a free breakfast for a shorter wait and we just got our bill.

  my issue is our friends in the adjoining room got a written card apologizing and free breakfast. We didn't even get an apology!!! when we got our key finally all that was said was the hotel was full and these things happen.

  Delta never disappoints! Great feel-home service! If you can a chance to book a Signature Club room, you'll be surprised by the Happy Hour menu. That's why I always come back.
