  We always have a great stay at the Prince George. It's become our go to place in the city because it's so close to just about everything. If you're in the city to shop, eat, or drink, it's close to Spring Garden. If you're there for a convention, hockey game, concert, or basketball game it's right next to the arena. And the waterfront is 3 blocks away or so. It's one of the best locations downtown.

  The rooms are always clean, the hallways don't stink, the desk workers are friendly and helpful, and there's parking that's simple to navigate.

  This is a four star hotel so you expect certain standards. Here those standards are not only met, the are exceeded.

  Booked an executive suite and was not dissapointed. Amazing views, large space, very clean and comfortable. Hotel's public areas were pristine.Staff all excellent friendly and unassuming. Concierge desk, guys were excellent.

  The staff welcome you in a professional, welcoming way, they explain every question fully, underground parking is available (valet or park yourself). The rooms are clean with very comfortable beds.,

  The bedding is really what makes this place though. 5/5 just for the mattress, bedding, and pillows.

  We have been coming here for our wedding anniversary each year and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They are great at their jobs and we always feel special and welcome, even when they are busy. Rooms are clean and spacious, food is great, pool and hot tub are great. We love coming here and plan to continue doing so! Highly recommend.

  The service was excellent and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. Ideal location which was within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. Our room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I was surprised that they had both form and plush pillows, but more blankets would have been nice. I just turned the heat up to compensate. I would definitely stay here again! My favourite hotel in Halifax.

  Check outs are late so you can lounge and relax in the morning, or go out and explore Halifax's downtown, which you are right in the heart of. The hotel restaurant is the highest rated in the city, although I haven't eaten there yet, it is worth noting.
