  Very nicely designed, Love the feel of the place... it feels both vintage and modern. They have a variety of high end skin products as well as some more in the affordable range, though those are tougher to find.

  Their Laser hair removal treatment doesn't work at ALL. It is a huge lie. I had few extra hair on my face and now I ended up with more hair showing up, actually, I think that they are doing a hair growing treatment of a hair removal on. Terrible terrible, I lost money and ended up with more hair. I called them for a refund before finishing my treatment, she said no (lindsey).......they suck.

  Terrible customer service, had a pixel treatment done here and had concerns after the procedure. My consultation was great they really know how to sell things. When I called after the procedure with questions and concerns I was spoken to so disrespectfully by the laser technician, and she got so defensive. Bottom line had burn patches on my face that were not "typical" and now I'm being told "well you signed a consent form". Anyway now trying to get proof of their laser certification and a copy of my consent form is a struggle and they're Ignoring me.

  Great service from start to finish. I shopped around and settled on Gentle Touch because they have knowledgeable and experienced staff. In the end, i was not disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional services.
